TSMP Joint Managing Director Mr Thio Shen Yi and Associate Director Mr Alexander Pang, shared their views with The Straits Times on the introduction of the new insolvency framework. This is under the amendments to the Companies Act passed by Parliament in March, which allows troubled entities to seek protection and have greater flexibility to restructure.
