Felicia was quoted in The Business Times by Paige Lim, on how ringfencing prepayments by law would drive up business costs.
The article included Felicia’s comments in her capacity as a specialist in dispute resolution at TSMP Law Corporation, where she noted that proposed that prepayments are almost always at consumers’ risk, unless the prepayment is protected under one of CaseTrust’s accreditation schemes.
