Felicia Tan quoted in Singapore Business Review: Private trustees take over bankruptcy cases in Singapore

Felicia was quoted by Noreen Jazul in Singapore Business Review, in an article on the amendment to the amended Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act.
The article included Felicia’s comments noting that it is an awaited development and that it is fair for private creditors seeking recovery against an individual, to bear the costs of appointing a private trustee.
