With the property market seeing signs of recovery, en bloc deals appear to awake from their slumber. However, it’s a buyer’s market, as Jennifer Chia told the Business Times : “With so many deals in the pipeline to choose from, developers can afford to be a bit more picky as to what they think would be a good redevelopment opportunity.”
