Practice Trainees will be mentored by senior lawyers and Partners on cases and transactions from day one, with opportunities to do extensive high-end corporate and dispute resolution work throughout. When we recruit, we look for partners, not associates. Grades and a burnished CV will get you in the door, but once in, it is your character, personality and partnership potential that will make us sit up and take notice. We have a "blind" interview system where the interviewer does not have the candidate's CV to hand and parties are encouraged to engage in a wide-ranging and challenging discussion, aimed at getting to know each other better, and identify the right fit.

In-House Seminars and Workshops

We offer a monthly training contract allowance of S$2,000 before retention, and S$2,500 upon retention (which we aim to do early). We reimburse PLC and related fees, on the basis the lawyer is employed for a minimum tenure of 1 year with the Firm.
We offer a starting salary of S$7,000 upon call.
