Agatha's practice started in 1992 in debt capital markets deals and now specializes in corporate banking and securities, including residential and commercial/industrial development projects. Her clients include local and foreign banks and financial institutions, with whom she has built strong relationships.
Agatha's strength lies in the depth of her specialist finance experience in the Singapore banking market. She is au fait not just with the legal issues but, and often more importantly, with the industry practice and the key concerns facing the industry players. Well able to balance the commercial requirements with a win-win documentation package, she is known to be a safe pair of hands who will look after her clients' interests every step of the way.

- Acted in the financing of the development of The Iluma, Raffles Hospital and Parkview Square.
