JENNIFER CHIA LL.B. (Hons)
Executive Director
Jennifer is an Executive Director in the transactional team of TSMP, with a special focus on financing and corporate real estate transactions. She heads the Banking and Finance practice, and co-heads the Private Wealth and Trust Advisory desk. Jennifer's clients include banks, financial institutions, multinational corporates and high net-worth individuals.
There are those among us who suspect that her work at TSMP is just a deep cover, and that Jennifer is actually a spy. The fact that she doesn't seem to need sleep (overseas clients sending an email at 5 am are likely to get an immediate response) and her uncanny ability to remember the most insignificant details, give her away. Her counter-intelligence training means her clients get a lawyer who is both dedicated and thorough. Jennifer's work has been recognised in The Legal 500, 2013 and Asia Law Profiles, 2013.

- Lender’s Singapore counsel in the mortgage of Grade A office buildings at OUE Bayfront and DBS Building
- Advising YTL Power Seraya as Singapore counsel in its S$2.6 billion restructuring and re-financing
- Counsel to a consortium of buyers in their purchase en bloc of units at high end residential development, Paterson Suites
- Acting as Singapore counsel in the re-structuring of a major Spanish bank’s loans portfolio
