CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Our practice encompasses the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious aspects of construction, engineering and infrastructure law. We represent owners, architects, international and domestic main contractors, as well as international and domestic specialist sub-contractors.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
We are very active in M&A transactions, running the full gamut of deal involvement, from structuring and due diligence, to negotiation and completion. The transactions include takeovers and reverse takeovers of companies listed on the Singapore Exchange, cross-border M&A's and privatisation divestments.
We have recently been involved in the takeover of Singapore public listed companies, as well as acting for the bidders in the privatisation of the power sector in Singapore. The Singapore REIT market has also seen volatile activity including acquisitions of distressed or special circumstances REIT assets.
