Associate Director
Lyn is part of the transactional team of TSMP where she works on a wide range of practice areas, including banking and finance matters (both international and domestic), equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial transactions.
Lyn read law in the University of Sheffield and also obtained a Masters in Information Systems from the same university. She started practice in the real estate department of a boutique law firm in Kuala Lumpur where she handled several projects of one of the most reputable housing developers in Malaysia.
Lyn moved to Singapore in 2007 and joined TSMP. Some transactions that Lyn assisted in TSMP
include:-
- S$17 million Rights cum warrants issue of a SGX listed company.
- Successful listing of Otto Marine limited on the SGX Main Board (acting as Singapore legal counsel to the issue managers).
- Acquisition of the shares of Power Seraya Limited by YTL Power. The privatisation of Power Seraya Limited is part of the Singapore Government's initiative to privatise the power sector in Singapore.
- Acted for Clifford Development Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of listed Overseas Union Enterprise Limited, in relation to the S$460 million financing of its development of a grade A office site in prime Raffles Place in Singapore.
- Acted for the purchaser with respect to the successful acquisition of a prime data centre for a purchase consideration in access of S$150 million.
