Stefanie Yuen Thio is Joint Managing Director of TSMP Law Corporation (which she co-founded in 1998) and Head of its Corporate Department.
She oversees a team of lawyers and executives who cover a broad spectrum of transactional work, including in the areas of Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Finance, Take-overs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Banking Financing, Restructuring, Joint Ventures and General Corporate/Commercial. The firm's corporate clientele range from Fortune 500 companies and Multi-National Corporations, to small-and-medium enterprises and private wealth individuals and families.
Stefanie's strength lies in her ability to multi-task and manage a high-stress portfolio, work in sync with multiple time zones and meet ridiculous deadlines.
