Our Senior Executive Director, Dr Thio Su Mien, has been involved in the structured and syndicated finance market since its embryonic stages when such transactions were first introduced to Singapore. As this market has grown in size and sophistication, we have developed in tandem with it. Our capabilities range from project finance (for example, the project finance of a power generation plant and of a wafer fabrication plant), to advising on and structuring the securitisation programmes of local conglomerates.

The capital markets front has also seen greater interest and liberalization. We have been actively involved in various types of securities offerings, from Floating and Fixed Rate Notes, to Bonds, to Medium Term Note Programmes and mezzanine financing.
