The Real Estate and Project Development Team participates actively in real estate and project work, including representing listed developer conglomerates and high net worth individuals in the development of mixed, residential, industrial and commercial developments and in landlord and tenancy cases.

Our practice requires us to work closely with national planning and building authorities such as the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Building and Construction Authority and the Singapore Land Authority, to resolve complex legal issues relating to land.

We are also active in representing both lenders and borrowers in land-related financing and project development finance.
